Brandon Anthony Wellness Events

Midwest transplant, Brandon Anthony, grew up on the stage in Indiana, performing professionally and choreographing musical theater before receiving his BFA in Acting from The Theater School Conservatory of DePaul University in Chicago. It was in his first year studying at The Theater School, that Brandon’s love affair with yoga began. Yoga was a required class for first year students, and he was hooked.

Brandon made the move to Los Angeles in 2009, and it wasn't long before he was teaching his first LA dance class. He spent the next few years learning every format he could, eventually teaching Dance, Cycling, Deep Work, Metabolic Conditioning, HIIT, Kettle Bells, Body Sculpt, and many other classes for Equinox Fitness, Soul-Cycle, and Yogaworks in LA and NYC, even co-developing a dance program for YogaWorks - "DanceWorks". Finding success as a teacher and celebrity trainer in LA, he became known for his challenging but fun fitness classes, sexy emotional choreography, and carefree positive attitude. His classes were featured in SELF Magazine twice, The Los Angeles Times, and on E! Entertainment.

After a few years of living in NYC and Europe, Brandon returned to sunny Los Angeles in 2016, launching his Cannabis Infused Wellness LA and NYC events soon after. By combining cannabis with dance, fitness, and yoga, Brandon worked to create joyful and connected experiences that broke the “stoner stereotype” and made people feel good about themselves.

Although the initial CannabisMovement events featured Brandon’s signature Fitness and Movement2Music formats, he felt the missing component was Yoga. With 16 years of personal practice under his belt, Brandon completed his 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification with YogaWorks in the summer of 2018, and began teaching Cannabis and Naked Men’s Yoga pop up classes in LA that same summer. He’d always found practicing nude to be so freeing and therapeutic, and he knew right from the beginning that he wanted to share that feeling. As the program developed, Brandon began incorporating his Tantric studies into events - finding ways to meld all the things he loved into one and helping others to connect more intimately with themselves and others.

Now here we are a few years later, and these heart opening and healing experiences have been shared in 9 countries and 26 cities across the globe, featured on multiple television shows, including Jack Whitehall's "Travels with My Father" on Netflix, and highlighted in articles for Queerty, Passport Magazine, EMBER Mag, and Gay Cities. It’s been an incredible gift for Brandon getting to share what he loves all around the world <3.
