Working out Elevated has been really therapeutic and beneficial for me, but it's truly magical sharing the experience with a group of like-minded and loving individuals! In our CannabisFLOW YOGA classes, people of all ages, body types, genders, and backgrounds come together to Elevate and Celebrate what their bodies can do.
We kick things off connecting through a joyful Opening Party at our large and private outdoor space. Cannabis THC and CBD joints, tinctures, and gummies will be provided! You can arrive anytime in the 30 minute check in window, but I’d recommend getting there early so you have time for any edibles to kick in before we start class. Don’t worry if you’re new to Cannabis. I’ll be on hand to explain the effects and recommended dosages for all products. Once we’ve had time to get groovy, we’ll set up the mats and get into our flow.
There’s nothing like an nice slow Elevated flow to leave you feeling body, mind, and soul rested. Backed by music with the breeze on our skin, we’ll move through traditional Sun Salutations and standing poses with strength, calm, and purpose. After building heat through the first part of class, our bodies will be ready for the deep restorative stretches and a well earned savasana. I’ll teach modifications for every level, so newbies to yoga are welcome! This is self care in the Highest form

*There will be filming and photography at this event. Please let me know if you’d prefer to stay off camera.
CURRENT COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is currently required for all events. The physical card, a photo of the card + photo ID, and the California QR Code are all acceptable. This policy is non-negotiable.
Face masks are completely optional. I will be teaching mask free, but you are more than welcome to wear a face mask or shield if you like.

FAQ
Are there ID or minimum age requirements?
All attendees must be 21+.
What do I need to bring to class?
All the Cannabis goodies will be provided for you! you'll need to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel.
Where is the event located?
The LA events take place at my private space in the 90004 area of Silver Lake, Los Angeles. The full address will be sent in your confirmation email after booking.
Is it okay if I'm new to Yoga/Fitness/Dance?
Newbies are welcome! Each pose will be broken down and explained in both the CannbisFLOW Yoga and CannabisFIT workshops. The CannabisDANCE workshop doesn’t require any dance skill at all :). Just a willingness to express yourself and have fun. If you’re new to combining cannabis with physical activity, my recommendation is less is always more. Start with the smallest hit or dose and give yourself time to see how you feel. If you start to feel uncomfortable or “too high”, using a CBD only product will help to counter that.
Do I have to get high at these events?
Not at all! All my events feature CBD products as well, which will not cause any impairment. There will be professionals on hand during the pre-party to give out samples and explain all the effects and doses of each cannabis product available.
Who provides the cannabis products?
I collaborate with only the highest rated and top quality cannabis providers in California and New York. These sponsors gift products to you at the beginning of the event. All cannabis products are rigorously tested and cleared for use by the states of CA and NY.
