*NOW OPEN FOR A SMALL NUMBER OF LOS ANGELES BASED *IN PERSON* PARTICIPANTS! Classes are held in Silver Lake, Los Angeles, CA.
Stripping down to as little as we like, we'll flow through a sequence of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures as we build heat, strength, and flexibility in the body. Although the 1st part of class can be challenging if you let it, everyone works at their own level. I'll give variations of every pose, and you'll be able to choose the one that feels best for you that day. After working up a sweat, we'll move into deep restorative stretches, ending the session in an open and well earned savasana.
*This is an online event hosted on Zoom! You can maintain you anonymity by keeping your face off camera, wearing a mask, or keeping your camera off completely.
*Always read your confirmation email, and make sure to adjust your email settings so Eventbrite communication goes to your primary inbox. All class info will be sent at least 1 hour prior to start time, or it will be included in your confirmation email if you book a livestream ticket within a few hours of start time.
*This class is Clothing Optional. I will teach nude, but you are welcome to practice in anything you feel comfortable in.
*If you are one of the Los Angeles based participants who will be taking this class in person, a follow up email with the full address and updated safety protocals will be sent to you the day before the event, or ASAP if you book a class day of. You will need to arrive at the Silver Lake space between 6:30pm and 6:40pm on Wednesdays and 11:00am and 11:10am on Saturdays. Masks will be required until you're safely spaced on your mats 6 feet from each other. This class will be livestreamed, but there is more than enough space for you to remain off camera if you like.
*This class is All Levels! Beginner's are welcome.
