In our Naked Men's Yoga + Tantric Self Love classes, men of all ages, shapes, and backgrounds come together to celebrate what their bodies can do. Lit by candles and backed by music, we'll flow through a sequence of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures as we build heat, strength, and flexibility in the body. Although the 1st part of class can be challenging if you let it, everyone works at their own level. I'll give variations of every pose, and you'll be able to choose the one that feels best for you that day.
After working up a sweat, we'll move into Tantric Self Love - bating, breathing, teasing, and exploring Tantric and Yogic methods of self pleasure. Experimenting with different movements, poses, and rhythms, we'll work to build stamina and control as we edge towards climax again and again. Once we've earned it, we'll end the session with a deep, connected, and full bodied Group Release. You'll have the option to remain safely spaced the entire time, or come together to climax with your classmates.

COVID Class Updates <3
- In order to maintain a safe distance between participants, class attendance will be limited to 10 participants.
- The entire space will be disinfected right before the doors open for class. You will need to bring your own yoga mat, as well as any lubricant you may want to use for the 2nd portion of the workshop.
- Your temperature will be checked prior to entering the space. Anyone with a fever will not be able to join that day. You will have the option to exchange for a future date or have your ticket fee refunded.
- Face masks will be required for all. You will need to keep your mask on until you are on your mat safely spaced from all other participants.
