Working out Elevated has been really therapeutic and beneficial for me, but it's truly magical sharing the experience with a group of like-minded and loving individuals! In our HappyFIT classes, people of all ages, body types, genders, and backgrounds come together to Elevate and Celebrate what their bodies can do.
We kick things off connecting through a joyful Opening Party . Then it's time for class!
Backed by an out-of-this-world genre mixing soundtrack, we'll flow through an energizing sequence of body weight, power yoga, and plyometric exercises as we build heat, strength, and flexibility in the body. We'll sweat our asses off, rock out loud, and have a great time working hard :). Then it's deep restorative stretches and a well earned savasana to close.
This class is All Levels and All are Welcome!
COVID Class Safety Protocols <3
- There is more than enough space at the park for all participants to stay 6 feet from each other.
- Temperatures will be checked on arrival. Anyone with a temperature will not be able to join that day, but you'll have the option to exchange your ticket for any future class.
- Everyone will need to have a mask on during check in, but you are welcome to remove your mask once you're on your mat safely spaced 6 feet from all other participants at the park. You may also wear your mask the entire class if you prefer!
