These heart opening experiences are about Self Love and Exploration. All men are welcome. Come shed your clothes, release your inhibitions, and celebrate every inch of your beautiful self.

In our Naked Men's Yoga classes, men of all ages, shapes, and backgrounds come together to celebrate what their bodies can do. Lit by candles and backed by music, we'll flow through a sequence of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures as we build heat, strength, and flexibility in the body. Although the 1st part of class can be challenging if you let it, everyone works at their own level. I'll give variations of every pose, and you'll be able to choose the one that feels best for you that day. We'll close the session with deep restorative and relaxing holds, before resting into savasana.

8:10p - 9:15p Tantric Partner Yoga
Our Tantric Partner Yoga class is about exploring intimacy, touch, and the balance of energy between bodies. Shifting and grinding in contrast and sync with our partners, we work to unlock new levels of sensation with one another. Taking our time, we’ll exchange weight and chi through partner yoga poses and skin to skin exercises. By working to slow down, be present, and truly listen to the body language of our partners, we become more connected and attentive lovers. By allowing ourselves the courage to be vulnerable and let go into each other, we get the chance to discover new ways to be pleased. There's no pressure to perform and no conclusion to rush towards. Just you and your partner in that moment exploring.
*Solo attendees will rotate partners multiple times. Couples will have the option to join the rotation or practice only with each other.

9:25p - 10:45p Tantric Group Massage w/Optional Release
Our Tantric Group Massage workshop begins with a brief demo and explanation of the Tantric breath, chakra, awareness, and movement exercises we’ll be incorporating into our touch. Breaking into groups, we’ll blindfold and place 1/3 of the men in the center to receive at a time. Basked in candlelight and supported by music, our bodies will overlap and intertwine as we glide across each other using oil, hands, and every other part of ourselves to stimulate and move sexual chi throughout the group. Once everyone has had their time in the middle, we’ll come together as a group for one final build towards Release.

CURRENT COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is currently required for all events. The physical card, a photo of the card + photo ID, and the QR Code are all acceptable. This policy is non-negotiable.
Face masks are completely optional. I will be teaching mask free, but you are more than welcome to wear a face mask or shield if you like.

FAQ
Is it okay if I'm new to Yoga/Tantra?
Newbies are totally welcome! Every pose and exercise will be broken down and explained.
Do I have to fit a certain body type or age to attend class?
Not at all. All shapes, sizes, and ages 18+ are welcome and encouraged to come celebrate themselves. This is a judgement and shame free zone.
Are Trans Men welcome at this event?
Definitely. This event is open to anyone identifying as a man. Discrimination of any kind would not be tolerated and has never been an issue at my workshops.
Where is the workshop located?
The workshop will take place at a private space in Chicago. The full address and need-to-knows for the event will be sent in your confirmation emails after booking your spot.
What do I need to bring to class?
You'll need to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and at least one large towel to cover the mat and clean up with. I will provide body oil for massage, but you’re welcome to bring your own for the group to use on you if you have a brand you love. You may also want to bring lubricant for the ending build if you use it.
Is there sex involved in these classes?
The Naked Men's Yoga class does not involve any sexual activity. The Tantric classes are sex positive experiences. Sexual activity between consenting adults does take place, but you will never be directed to perform a sex act. Everyone will be given time to let their “givers” know what kind of touch they’re looking to receive, as well as any boundaries they’ve set for their experience. You are completely in control of how erotic the session is for you.
Can couples attend Group Massage?
For sure. Couples will have the option to participate in Tantric Group Massage with the rest of the group or spend the event alternating touch just with each other if they prefer.
Will there be filming or photography at this event?
No. Any photos or videos you've seen from the events were shot at private events designated for filming.
What is the refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to one week before any workshop. If you discover you are unable to attend within the one week window, you are welcome to gift or resell your ticket. That person will need to have your confirmation email pulled on their phone when they arrive for the workshop. There are no refunds or automatic exchanges within one week of any event, but you may apply your ticket to any future event that isn’t sold out the day of.
